Jim ‘n Nick’s Bar*B*Q  (AL, CO, FL, GA, NC, SC, TN) — no gluten-free menu available, but the wait staff has always been able to answer questions about the gluten content of menu items. At our last visit, I was told all the smoked meat is gluten-free, as well as the BBQ sauces, french fries which are fried in a dedicated fryer, fried catfish, fried green tomatoes, etc.
